CLOSED- Yoga For Mental Health

This class is a 7 week series focusing on using yoga principles to support your mental wellness. Each 90 minute class will focus on one of the 7 chakras, guiding you in how use your body to balance your mind. These classes are taught in a trauma-informed style and all levels of yogi are welcome!
